The checklist we send before every first booking

A few days before your first trip, we ask for the boring but essential details: where food and supplies are kept, how many days ahead we should top things up, and any door, lock, or alarm quirks that aren’t obvious to a first-time visitor. None of this is glamorous. All of it prevents the kind of mid-trip phone call nobody wants to get.

Leave the routine, not just the instructions

The most useful detail isn’t a rule, it’s a rhythm — what time of day your pet usually eats, where they nap in the afternoon, whether they like company or space when you first walk in. We can’t replicate you, but we can protect their routine closely enough that the week barely registers as different.
