Booking and Confirmation

Booking requests submitted through this site are not confirmed until you receive a direct reply confirming availability. We aim to respond to all requests within 48 hours.

We understand plans change. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit so we can adjust the care plan accordingly.

Key Handling and Home Access

Keys, codes, or access details you provide are used solely to carry out scheduled visits and are handled with care. Access arrangements are confirmed with you before your first booking.

Liability

While every visit is carried out with care and attention, Whisker House is not liable for pre-existing conditions, incidents outside our reasonable control, or damages not caused by our negligence.
